Belize adventures at Ara Macao
Two of the completed and operational resorts in Placencia operate with occupancy levels of around 70%. These are Turtle Inn, owned by Francis Ford Coppola, and The Inn at Roberts Grove. The latter is a Condo Hotel, and has been operational for several years. The room rates at these resorts range from $150/night to over $500/night. At Ara Macao we hope to rent condos out for a similar rate. There will be a rental management company that will handle the advertising, booking and management of the hotel operations of the resort. The owners association will have the right to change management companies upon a
majority vote if so desired. You will retain 50% of the rental revenue of your condo after expenses.
